CEGEP recruit believes Stingers are headed in right direction

Montreal wide receiver signs with RSEQ team’s 2015 class.

William Lemire was impressed with what Mickey and Pat Donovan have achieved at the CIS level as coaches.

Consequently, the 5’10, 183 pound wide receiver from Montreal, Quebec recently signed with the Concordia Stingers.  Lemire will join the team for the 2015 RSEQ season.

“I have been in contact with the Donovan brothers since my debut at Vanier,” expressed Lemire.  “I have attended multiple games at McGill when they were in charge there and also last season at Concordia.”

“The way they handle their football program is remarkable! Everywhere they go; they leave their mark and have positive impacts on all their players. Also, the Concordia program is heading in the right direction and I want to be a part of that. Lastly, the family environment at Concordia is great and that is something very important to me.”

The wide receiver comes to the Stingers after completing a stint with CEGEP Division 1 team, Vanier Cheetahs.
