CEGEP recruit flattered by attention from Vanier Cup Champions

CEGEP running back recently joins RSEQ team’s 2015 class.

After careful consideration, Asnell Robo is confident he is going to an elite program to commence his CIS career.

Recently, the 5’9, 205 pound running back committed to Vanier Cup Champions Montreal Carabins.  He will join the team for the 2015 RSEQ season.

“I would like to study in kinesiology and I know this university is one of the best in Canada,” said Robo of his decision.  “They were the most interested before the admissions deadline.”

Robo recently completed a stint with CEGEP Division 3 team, Thetford Mines.  This past season, he rushed for 1191 yards on 143 carries and scored six touchdowns.
