    Default The new look Argos

So where are the Argo fans? They should be on here talking about Boyd and Owens and the kick return TDs and the potential of a Lemon. Come on Argo fans get chatting.

Man, it's so quiet in here, you can hear the hair falling out of Danny Maciocia's head.

Argos look much more like a team in the early going. They won't win anything this year, except praise from the Argo faithful who are happy to have a top-notch coaching staff and three QBs who are all for real. Lemon looks just fine, despite all the whining from the folks who think Bell should be the starter (and maybe he should be). Boyd is fun to watch and doesn't quit. Owens is fast and could be explosive if they can get him some open space at receiver. I'd like to see Andre Durie get more touches. I think if they used him a wee bit more, it would open things up for Boyd a little more.

All in all, the Boatmen look decent. I'm happy as long as they finish ahead of the boys in the striped pajamas from down the highway.

Argo offensive line has only one holding call in 5 games. That's pretty much a complete reversal from the 2009 campaign in itself.

with rickey ray at qb now they are truly the new look argos. They are beginng to ad some parts to support him. NFL veteran receiver sammie parker, CFL vetran Lineman smith, and long time CFL back up Jarious jackson. with Ray they obviously have the one of the best in the CFL. Jackson is a more than capable back up as he would be able to fill in if ray should go down for a short period of time with the argos barely missing a beat
