#CFC10 ONTARIO SUMMER RANKINGS – JV (7): Calm before the storm…..

Compared to the last three or four weeks, week six at the JV level was a relatively quiet one as all the #CFC10 teams won and did so in convincing fashion. Call it the calm before the storm if you will as week seven promises to be explosive. In the OFC heavyweights #1 Burlington and #7 Hamilton square off in Steeltown in a game that is sure to have #CFC10 and playoff ranking implications.

The OVFL features a few marquee matchups, none bigger than the crosstown rivalry being renewed in Ottawa as the 3rd ranked Myers Riders head east to meet the Cumberland Panthers. The Panthers have looked very solid since their loss to the tenth ranked Toronto Thunder and a win against arch-rival Myers would thrust the Panthers back in the Top 10 and subsequent championship talk. If you’re in the Nation’s Capital this weekend, you won’t see any better action than this.

Durham West also have a shot at cracking the Top 10 with a win against the 10th ranked Toronto Thunder. Suffice to say the storm hits next weekend and kicks off the final stretch run in what promises to be a mad dash to the finish line.
