#CFC50 high school (juv. div. 1b) RECAP [1]: A couple of slashers in this diviision

A couple of slashers (QB/RB) in this division
The Collège Laval Maraudeurs are on the same pace that provided them a championship in 2015. QB Jonathan Sénécal threw for 236 yards and the Maraudeurs defence held the opponents away from the end zone for a final score of 28 – 0. The Collège Charles-Lemoyne Dynamiques struggled on offence, giving the ball away five times on interceptions, and their defence had a hard time stopping the Maraudeurs receiver, Nicolas Raffin, who caught 4 passes for 119 yards.
This offensive weapon, QB/RB Tristan Blais from the Collège de Lévis Commandeurs, exploded with 263 yards passing, 175 yards rushing to a 50-20 victory. The Polyvalente Deux-Montagnes Centurions were unable to stop this offensive machine.
This team has the artillery to go far and they proved it in their first showing with a win. The Armand-Corbeil Aigles running game was overwhelming with the duo of RB Danté Tortoricci, who piled up 189 yards rushing on just 13 carries for an average 14.5 yards with 2 touchdowns, and RB Mathieu Vachon, who ran for 141 yards on 23 carries and a major. The Séminaire Saint-Joseph Vert et Or rallied for 14 points, but it wasn’t enough. The final score was 28-14.
Adrien Guay
The Pointe-Lévy Corsaires multi threat, QB/RB Adrien Guay cumulated a total of 415 total yards on offence to help his team beat the Jacques-Rousseau Sphinx 40-0. The Sphinx offence stumbled and the Corsaires defence took advantage of the situation.

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
