Although Western, Guelph and Mac all fell in the top ten rankings, the OUA retains top spot in this week’s Conference Power Rankings. Mac is being penalized for resting starters and although Western is ranked seventh, I’m pretty sure they would be a significant favorite over sixth ranked Mount Allison. This is all debatable of course but with the AUS and OUA kicking off their playoffs and CanWest and the Q finishing up their regular seasons, the action will be heating up and the cream will rise to the top.
