Ferguson: What is Recruiting? What is my story?

It’s nice to be wanted. For most athletes there is a moment somewhere between adolescence and post secondary education where recognition becomes directly “relatable” to achievement.

I believe this shift away from friendship and gamesmanship towards winning at all costs, superior performance and individualized interests is both caused and fuelled by the process known as recruitment.

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
