How does the CFC ‘CIS commitment’ page work?
 
A) Players are placed on the ‘Verbal‘ list when the school or player discloses DIRECTLY TO CFC that the player will be attending the University.
B) Players are placed on the ‘SIGNED‘ list when the CIS confirms the player has signed a letter of intent to attend the University though their ‘registry’ program.
C) Players change commitment declaration due to 2 factors: (1) were not academically accepted to first choice; (2) decided to change commitment due to personal factors. We will put “Original Choice” beside name. There were 8 players who changed their original commitments in 2012.
D) This page is NOT for ‘walk-on’s’.  Teams do have the ability to remove names if they are considered a walk-on in their program (therefore this name will not be re-added).  If you are a ‘walk-on’ best of luck.
