Kyle Quinlan reportedly has agreed to terms with the Montreal Alouettes. He is expected to compete for the #3 quarterback position behind Anthony Calvillo and Adrian McPherson. The 6’3″, 215 lbs. native of South Woodslee, Ontario was bypassed in the recent CFL Canadian draft. He was signed as a free agent.
Quinlan was MVP of the 2011 Vanier Cup completing 36 of 55 passes for 482 yards and two touchdowns and rushing for over 100 yards in a 41-38 overtime victory over the Laval Rouge et or.
Quinlan played high school for the Cardinal Carter Cougars and minor football with the Essex Ravens.
