The 5th Annual Up-Front Camp has opened its doors to defensive linemen. Already known as the premier offensive line camp in Southern Ontario, Up-Front will now offer the same outstanding coaching to defensive players.
The first of two on-field sessions is entirely non-contact with the focus on fundamentals and teaching the techniques necessary to be a successful lineman. The second session will see those skills put to use with an optional, light contact (helmet and shoulder pads) competitive period. There is also a strength and conditioning and nutrition seminar, as well as guest speakers throughout the day.
