The International Federation of American Football (IFAF) Under-19 World Championship returns to the United States this summer, as eight national teams from four continents compete at Burger Stadium in Austin, Texas.

Football Alberta is proud to announce the following 118 names of players from all over Alberta selected to try out for Team Alberta that will compete in the Football Canada Cup this summer in London, Ontario from July 14-21, 2012. The Football Canada Cup is a competition for the top high school players selected onto Provincial Teams at the U18 level.

Football BC has released the list of approximately 120 players who have been extended an invitation to the mini-camp to be held over the May long weekend at Simon Fraser University. Their opponent (s) will be announced next week, since they have withdrawn from the Football Canada Cup for the forseeable future.

Representatives of the International Federation of American Football (IFAF) will visit China next week to discuss the development of American football in three cities.

Football Canada is proud to announce its Junior National Team support staff, representing Canada at the 2012 IFAF Junior World Championship in Austin, Texas.

Donnie Cooper (Peewee Volunteer of the Year), Todd Shepherd (Bantam Volunteer of the Year) and Bruce & Sue Watts (Lifetime Achievement) were recognized at the 2012 FNB Awards Luncheon held at the Trade and Convention Center on April 15th.
