Hello to all current and prospective members. We’d like to take this opportunity to update you on some of the exciting developments taking place with the National Capital Football Coaches Association (NCFCA).
NCFCA was innovative in forming a coaching focused association to provide the best access to information, education, certification and networking to all levels of amateur football coaches. This year, we have taken this association to the next level again through collaboration with the National level association. We have formed a partnership through Football Canada and www.canadafootballchat.com (CFC) to bring access to the Football Canada Coaches Association (FCCA), a newly formed national body built upon the NCFCA model. At this point we would like to invite our members to register with the FCCA through this site ( www.fcca.ca ). Becoming a member with the FCCA will automatically make you a member of the NCFCA at no additional cost. This will allow you to gain access to a wide variety of resources and information from across the country, while still taking advantage of events that we will be hosting locally here in Ottawa.
We are currently organizing our 2011 calendar of events, beginning with our annual Quarterback and Offensive Line camps for coaches and players. Dates and locations will be finalized soon, along with registration instructions. We are also excited about continuing our involvement with the NCCP certification and training, in the development of coaches for all levels, as well offering other camps and clinics throughout the year.
