Jeremy played for the Toronto Wildcats - 2 years of peewee, two years of junior varsity, and one year of senior. In high school Jeremy played 3 years with Eastern Commerce/Monarch football team as Quarterback.
"My most memorable football moment would have to be the first practice I attended for highschool. I just remember being so excited to finally be given the opportunity to play high school football. It was just something I have dreamt of doing since grade nine and it took three years to happen, and when it did it was like a dream come true, and I knew I would make the most of my opportunity," said Jeremy.
"People that have been influential to me in both football and life would have to be my parents. They have been very supportive with me playing sports and always lend a hand. They do the same for me in school, my parents will do anything to help me be happy and successful whether that is football, school or whatever."
Jeremy is very thankful for all of his coaching including "my coaches at Wildcats (who) taught me a lot about football and how to be a hard worker. They always stressed finishing every play. I think my peewee Coach was especially influential. Coach Deni taught me a lot as he was my first football Coach just when I started playing and gave me solid foundation to get better and move forward. Being able to play Wildcats provided me with the Coaching to make me a better player, but more importantly it made me a smarter player and gave a deeper knowledge of the game. I also think that I have to thank my high school coaches Mr.Henderson and Coach Scott who gave me the opportunity to play quarterback at Eastern and placed a lot of trust in me to lead the team. I'd also to like to thank Chuck because without him their would be no wildcats and I would have never have been able to have the same football experience without him and his organization."
