Oakville recruit finds perfect fit with Mounties

Oakville linebacker/longsnapper joins AUS Conference Champions’ 2015 class.

Tim Baljet will be moving out East to embark on his CIS career.

Recently, the 6’1, 220 pound linebacker/longsnapper from Oakville, Ontario committed to AUS Conference Champions, Mount Allison Mounties.  Baljet will join the team for the 2015 AUS season.

“I visited Mount A in the summer, saw the campus and heard about the small class sizes,” recalled Baljet.  “After talking to a few guys on the football team and even my own principal, I figured this is the school to go to.”

Baljet has previously played for both the Oakville Trafalgar Red Devils of the Halton Secondary School Athletic Association (HSSAA) and Oakville Titans of the Ontario Football Conference (OFC).
