Keon has played for the St. Michael Kerry Blues of the Conference Independent Schools Athletic Association (CISAA), Metro Toronto Wildcats of the Ontario Varsity Football League (OVFL) and North York Grizzlies.
The Kerry Blues dual athlete (also plays basketball) prides himself on work ethic, focus, and determination to get better. He wants to improve his speed, ability to read holes, and explosion to daylight before the beginning of next season.
āI really want to improve on my speed and making my body stronger,ā Keon adds.
Keon is making those strides to reach his training goals.
āRight now Iām working with a personal trainer,ā says Keon. āMy trainer pushes me to the best of my ability.ā
As for future plans, he has two goals he would like to achieve.
āMy future plan for school is to finish as a Honour roll student,āKeon says who is just beginning the early stages of the recruitment process. āCareer wise,I want to go to the NFL.ā
