UTTLEY: How should we decide which province has the best high school football in Canada?

Canada has many high schools that field a football team.

There are currently eight associations that are in charge of creating the fall schedules, which include pre-season or exhibition games, regular in-season games, and playoffs and/or playdowns to end the season. These are the BCHSFA (British Columbia High School Football Association), the ASAA (Alberta Schools Athletic Association), the SHSAA (Saskatchewan High School Athletic Association), the WHSFL (Winnipeg High School Football League), the OFSAA (Ontario Federation of School Athletic Associations), the RSEQ (Réseau du sport étudiant du Québec), the NBIAA (New Brunswick Interscholastic Athletic Association), and the NSSFA (Nova Scotia School Athletic Federation).

How do we decide who is Canada’s high school national champion? Is it possible to settle this on the field?
