Speculation started when he was put on the did not report/reserve list today.  Soon after paperwork was finished, the Colts moved him onto the reserve/retired list.

This past season started with such high hopes for the 5’10, 220 pound fullback from Kitchener, Ontario.  During Week 3, Varga suffered a concussion from a hit and was sidelined for the remainder of the season.

However, Varga did come back during the offseason for training after he was given the green light after passing the concussion protocol. As recent as last month, the fullback was excited about coming back and competing for a spot on the Colts’ offence.
