#CFC10 Non-Public School Rankings (8): Saints upend undefeated Bears

In a big Conference of Independent Schools Athletic Association (CISAA) showdown, Ben Schmidt amassed over 300 yards as St. Andrew’s College Saints handed Trinity College School Bears their first loss of the season.  The Saints won 42-26 and the victory catapulted them a top the league standings.

Moreover, A’dre Simmonds continued his breakout rookie campaign for the Saints as he tallied two majors and rushed for over 200 yards.  Walter Karabin also added a 15 yard touchdown score. The Bears will look to avenge this loss this upcoming weekend when the two teams complete the latter part of the home and home series.

In the battle of the Blues, Upper Canada College scored a 35-17 victory over St. Michael’s College.

As for Canada Prep Raiders, the squad did not play this past weekend.

Teams in the #CFC10NP from Alberta and Saskatchewan are already in the postseason.  Rundle College Cobras will face a tough challenge in Foothill Falcons.  The Cobras will battle Crescent Heights Vikings in the Provincial Tier 3 semi-fnals on November 14th in Medicine Hat.
