DB Prabdeep Mann uses football as therapy

Prabdeep Mann began his football career seven years ago. He has grown to the man he is today on the gridiron. For him football is more than just a sport, it is a way, a form of therapy that helps him deal and overcome some of life’s struggles. “I use football as an outlet from the real world, I’ve struggled with depression and with some family issues with my father leaving and then some financial problems, I’ve always been able to go to football as an outlet for bettering my life in multiple ways,” says Prabdeep Mann.

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
