Lions pride bolsters class, adds 14

Lions add eleven provincial commits and three out-of-province commits to 2019 class.

With the recruiting class well underway, the York Lions would like to welcome seven commits to their team.

FPC Jason Lefkas (5’10, 205lbs) – a running back from Corpus Christi Catholic Secondary School (Burlington, ON)

FPC Tavon Hibbert (6’0, 180lbs) – a wide receiver from St. Francis Xavier High School (Ottawa, ON)

FPC Kyle Poschner (6’0, 180lbs) – a defensive back from Kitchener Collegiate Institute (Kitchener, ON)

FPC Hunter Bannon (6’2, 180lbs) – a linebacker from Napanee HS (Napanee, ON)

Stergios Mitsis (6’3, 280lbs) – an offensive lineman from the London Beefeaters (London, ON)

Zack Kean (6’2, 240lbs) – a defensive end from St. Joan of Arc Catholic High School (Barrie, ON)

Andrew Wise (5’9, 160lbs) – a wide receiver from Our Lady of Mount Carmel Secondary School (Mississauga, ON)

Jackson Zack-Coneybeare (6’1, 175lbs) – a defensive back from Sault Sabrecats (Garden River, ON)

Malcolm McNeil (6’1, 250lbs) – an offensive lineman from the Niagara Raiders (Niagara Falls, ON)
