SMU Announces 2016 signing class

Head Coach, James Colzie III, is extemely excited and pleased to release and announce the full 2016 signing class.
The new head coach said, “Coach Tufford did an amazing job holding down the fort as the ‘interim’ head coach and signing some great players for this class.”
Colzie, who was announced in February as the 8th head coach of the program, went onto to say, “Once I was hired in February and went through Spring practice (evaluate our team), I thought it was important to bring in the right mix of guys and put my stamp (Junior, NCAA/CIS transfers, and more high school kids) to solidify our class.  After sitting with Coach Tufford and hashing out a plan to finalize this strong recruiting class, it’s a credit to our current players who were our best recruiters. There is definitely a new found excitement here at Saint Mary’s for the upcoming season.”
