Two BC standouts become newest recruits for CWUAA team’s 2014 class.
On the heels, of signing their first commit of their 2014 class, the University of British Columbia Thunderbirds have locked up two more players.
The newest additions to the Thunderbirds are Callum Williamson and Drayson Price. Both players will join the team for the 2014 CWUAA season.
CALLUM WILLIAMSON:
The 6’7, 275 pound offensive lineman joins the Thunderbirds after completing his high school career with Pitt Meadows Marauders of the British Columbia High School Football Association (BCHSFA).
Ultimately, the Thunderbirds are looking forward to having a player of great size and potential join their team.
“He has a huge frame and very good feet for a player of his size,” assessed Thunderbirds Recruiting and Special Teams Coordinator Paul Orazietti. “His ceiling is enormous like his frame.”
DRAYSON PRICE:
The defensive back comes to the Canada West team after playing for Cowichan Valley Bulldogs.
“Drayson has incredible speed combined with grit and toughness,” describes Orazietti of the newest Thunderbird.
