Ryan Dixon, returning to LOSSA football after a two year absence, opened the scoring with a 28 yard run as the Paul Dwyer Saints made a successful return to Tier One football.Β Β Reshaan Davis would add an insurance marker in the third quarter as he blocked a Pickering punt attempt and returned the ball 44 yards for a touchdown.

O’Shea Williams was on the receiving end of two touchdowns passes in the third quarter to lead the Trojans to an opening week victory.Β Β Williams alertly caught a pass that deflected off the outstretched finger tips of a Saint defender and he then ran the ball 73 yards to the end zone to break up what had been a defensive struggle.
