The Terry Fox Ravens havenβt lost a football game since last November and have been a very impressive bunch during the 2010 season. They have defeated every opponent they have faced and often times they have done so in a destructive and dominate way. Their closest win of the season was a four point win, 19-15, over the team they will play for a Provincial Championship this Saturday.
The Ravens will be looking for their third Championship at Varsity since 2006 when they defeated the Vancouver College Fighting Irish. As for the Irish they will be looking for their first win in the big game since 1994. The Irish will be playing in their sixth Provincial Championship game in the last 10 years.

When the Handsworth Royals take on the John Barsby Bulldogs they will not only have to combat the team on the field but also perhaps the loudest fan base in the province. Both teams have worked very hard to get to this point with strong defences this has potential to be a close game.
John Barsby got to this point by running the table during the regular season going 5-0. As for the Royals they finished 4-2 in regular season in the ultra competitive Mainland conference.
Handsworth will be looking for their third championship since 1988 and their first since 2007. John Barsby will be playing in the title game for the first time since their only title win which was back in 2000.
