Class of 2028 OT Yannick Barbu out of Collège Bourget in Rigaud, Quebec, will bring championship experience and a team-first mentality to the Montreal CFC Evaluation/Selection Camp as he looks to establish himself among the province’s promising young offensive linemen. Already a provincial champion and a member of a victorious Team Quebec squad, Barbu understands that success in the trenches is measured by more than individual performances.

"Last year, I was selected by my coaches to attend the camp and I felt disappointed in myself. I wasn`t as big as the other kids, nor was I as fast, strong, or as good as many others. Instead of feeling bad for myself, I used that to fuel my work this past year. I`ve taken everything from that camp into my training to get bigger, faster, stronger, and smarter."
