The RSEQ (RΓ©seau du sport Γ©tudiant du QuΓ©bec) is open to discussion in light of todayβs announcement by McGill University that it has applied to transfer its football program to the Ontario University Athletics (OUA) conference beginning in the 2013 season.
βThe RSEQ views this application as an opportunity to reflect on the structure of our league,β said John Bower, RSEQ director of university programs. He adds that βOver the coming months, we will work with all of our members to address their concerns in order to map out a vision that will strengthen our league.β
The RSEQ is confident that upon completion of this reflection, McGill will choose to remain as a valued member of its university football league.
