You’re athletes are invited to attend the first annual Brains & Brawn Ticats Football Skills Camp!
The CFL Hamilton Tiger-Cats, Sports Legacy Institute Canada, and the Ontario Football Alliance have come together to bring you an innovative football training camp for aspiring athletes!
Football players aged 6-15 fromΒ all across Southern Ontario are coming together for a day of high value training with 2 of Hamilton Tiger-Cats star players: Andy Fantuz and Brian Bulcke!
Tiger-Cat coaches will be running your athletes through:
- Position Specific Skill Development
- Brain Safey in Football
- Proper Tackling Technique
- Injury Prevention Exercises
- Fun and friendly competition
Cost: $25Β **t-shirt and lunch included**
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Sports Legacy Institute Canada to advance education and research regarding brain injuries in sport.
LOCATION: Royal Distributing Athletic Performance Center (Guelph, ON)
Note:Β No equipment required –Β bring turf appropriate shoes!
