RECAP: CFC#3 Cactus & CFC #6 Wolves remain undefeated, Dalaroy unstoppable

Mathieu Renault scored two touchdowns and amassed 139 yards on seven receptions (average of 19.9 yards per reception) as the CFC # 6 Cure Antoine Labelle Wolves cruised to a 42-7 victory over CFC #22 Seminaire Saint Francois Blizzard 42-7 in Week 2 RSEQ Juvenile Division 1 action.

Samuel Makwanda, Guillaume Ranger, Pierre Olivier Morin and Samuel Emilus each tallied a major for the Wolves.  Emilus also added five PAT’s.

Benjamin Pierre completed 14 passes in 21 attempts for 219 yards and five passing touchdowns in the win.

On defense, Jeff Carpentier caught an interception and recorded a sack.  Axel-Etienne Yanibada caught an interception while Christopher Jean recorded a sack.  Claren’s Edouard registered 6.5 tackles for the Wolves.

CFC #3 COLLEGE NOTRE DAME CACTUS 58, CFC # 45 TRIOLET HARFANGS 16:

At College Notre-Dame, the hosts Cactus moved to 2-0 as the team coasted to a 58-16 victory over Triolet Harfangs.

Francois Rocheleau added six PAT’s in the win.

CFC #33 SAINT JEAN EUDES CONDORS 30, ACADEMIE LES ESTACADES 0:

At Academie Les, Estacades, the Saint Jean Eudes Condors earned a 30-0 shutout victory over the hosts.

For Les Estacades, Uriel-Emmanuel Kalenga recorded a sack and registered 12 tackles.Lucas Iaonne also added a sack.

CFC #26 COLLEGE JEAN EUDES EAGLES 27, ACADEMIE ST.LOUIS ARSENAL 12:

At Academie St. Louis, Dean Dalaroy was unstoppable as he scored three touchdowns and amassed 244 rushing yards on 31 carries as CFC # 26 College Jean-Eudes Eagles defeated the hosts Arsenal 27-12.

Julien Boudreau-Plouffe also tallied a major for the Eagles.  Benjamin De Tilly racked up 133 yards on nine receptions (average of 14.8 yards per reception).

Pivot Charles-Olivier Lavigne completed 21 passes in 31 attempts for 244 passing yards.

Stephenne Renaud recorded four sacks to lead the Eagles defense.  Antoine Hamaski-Belanger and Marc-Olivier Derouin each had a sack.  Youssef Kaced registered 9.5 tackles.

As for the Arsenal, Louis-Philippe Belanger scored a touchdown, recorded two sacks and had seven tackles.  Jean-Raphael Ouellet chipped in with eight tackles.

JACQUES ROUSSEAU SPHINX 26, ROGER COMTOIS PATRIOTS 21:

At Roger Comtois, Guillaume Renaud-Dumoulin tallied two rushing majors, a passing touchdown and recorded two sacks as the Jacques Rousseau Sphinx got by the Roger Comtois Patriots 26-21.

Antoine Dansereau-Leclerc scored two touchdowns (one rushing, one passing) and amassed 105 yards on seven receptions (average of 15 yards per reception).

Germain Renaud-Dumoulin was in beast mode on defense as he racked up 15 tackles.  Felix St.Pierre caught an interception and added eight tackles.  Jonathan Desbois recorded a sack and registered 7.5 tackles.

Christophe Tremblay-Harnois scored two touchdowns and rushed for 152 yards on 21 carries to lead the Patriots.  Philippe Lamoureux also added a major.  Dale Leger added three PAT’s.

On defense, Dominic Levesque-Nadeau recorded two sacks while Philippe Marcil registered eight tackles and Charles-Antoine Harvey added 7.5 tackles in the loss.
