One of the main reasons for choosing the Montreal, Quebec school is academics.
βFor me, school is the most important thing in my football career,β elaborated the Quebec linebacker. Β βMcGill offers me the chance to study in one of the best Canadian business programs.β
Moreover, the opportunity to be instructed once again by Redmen Head Coach Ron Hilaire excites Beausejour.
βI’ve been coached by Coach Ron Hilaire with Team QuΓ©bec 2013 in and I really appreciate his vision of coaching,β reflected the defensive standout.Β βHe is the type of coach that will always push me to my best performances game after game.β
There were a couple of special reasons why the Redmen was a lucrative choice.
βMy ex-teammate in CEGEP, Karl Forgues has talked to me a lot about the great atmosphere around this team,β added Beasejour.Β βAlso, the commitments of some of my Team Quebec mates had an important influence on my decision.β
Currently, Beausejour is completing his final season with CEGEP Division 2 team, Lanaudiere Triades.Β In seven games in the 2015 season, the linebacker has registered 38.5 tackles (29 solo, 19 assisted), recorded a sack, four tackles for a loss and one batted ball.
