2015 ONTARIO PROSPECT CHALLENGE (Ottawa): Williams earns JV Offensive MVP

Team East came alive in the fourth quarter of their junior varsity game against Team Central.

The effort was led by Keon Williams. The offense was dormant for three quarters, and then a surge in the fourth quarter took place where an eruption of points resulted in Team East overtaking the lead.

Williams carried the ball well while eating up valuable clock time to ensure the lead was safe. However, he punctuated the lead, adding his own piece to the comeback story, with 1:13 left as he found the end zone to put the game out of reach for their opponents, 25-7.

For his efforts, WIlliams was named JV Offensive MVP

“It’s what I came here to do; put in work,” said Williams after acceptance of the honour.
