2018 team preview (NS): CFC50 Citadel behind young QB, set for another championship year

If there is one feeling that the Citadel Phoenix are not accustomed to, it’s losing. After a 10-0 regular season run and 2-0 run in the playoffs, the Phoenix are coming off an undefeated championship season and looking to do it again. Head coach Jon Dyer knows his team is committed to the cause and has noticed it vividly this offseason.

“We had a very successful season last year and our returning players have responded by committing to their offseason training, 7v7 passing leagues, and some at the Provincial level. Our kids have a very strong understanding of what it will take to repeat our success.”

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
