Laval won out for G Laberge

The Rouge et Or’s 2017 class continues to grow.

Paul Laberge, a guard from CΓ©gep Garneau, will be heading to the capital of QuΓ©bec after signing with the Laval Rouge et Or.

According to Le Journal de QuΓ©bec, Laberge’s decision boiled down to either the Laval Rouge et Or or the MontrΓ©al Carabins. Laval won out in the end, however, because of the appeal of the university’s agronomy program, which doesn’t exist at MontrΓ©al. He will be starting in January. He will be joining the team from Les Γ‰lans du CΓ©gep Garneau (RSEQ Division 1). He played high school football with Les Condors de Saint-Jean-Eudes (RSEQ). He is 315lbs.
