Adversity keeps Liam Stephenson on the field

Liam Stephenson played football and then stopped. It took an unfortunate, sad, and devastating life-changing moment for him to get back on the field. “My motivation to get back into football was the connection between my brother and Coach Romu. Five or six years ago my older brother was murdered, and it just so happened he played for Coach Romu at Kelvin as well. This was a massive sign that I needed to get back into playing when I learned that last year in the spring,” says Stephenson.

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
