AUS Recruiting Wrap: Mounties land CFC150 RB, Acadia and St. F.X. add two commits

LB Kosta Zannis

Kosta Zannis will travel from the west coast to play for the Acadia Axemen in 2022.

Zannis is a 6’2″, 200lbs linebacker for the Kamloops Broncos. He’s originally from Calgary, Alta., where he played for Crescent Heights High School.

DB Owen Nightingale

Owen Nightingale will make his way from the nation’s capital to compete for Acadia in the fall.

Nightingale is a 5’10”, 160lbs defensive back from Ottawa, Ont., where he played for St. Mark’s High School.

 

CFC150 RB Jaevone Johnson

Jaevone Johnson is Mount Allison’s most recent commit.

Johnson is a 5’10”, 185lbs running back from Moncton, N.B., where he played for Bernice MacNaughton High School.

DB Naijaun David

Naijaun David is the second CEGEP player to commit to the St. Francis Xavier X-Men.

David is a 5’10”, 170lbs defensive back for the Champlain Cougars. He’s originally from Dartmouth, N.S., where he played for Dartmouth High School.

 

REC Kyle Zakala

Kyle Zakala will make his way from British Columbia to play on the east coast for the X-Men.

Zakala is a 6’6″, 225lbs receiver and h-back for the Okanagan Sun. He’s originally from Kelowna, B.C., where he played for Kelowna Secondary School.
