BC High School Football notable performances (Sept 26th)

NOTABLE PERFORMANCES

 

• W.J. Mouat & CFC TOP 100 RB Maleek Irons carried the ball 21 times for 348 yards and four touchdowns in his team’s 58-13 win over Mt. Boucherie.
• Holy Cross REC Will Gladwell caught a touchdown pass and scored another off a kickoff return to help his team beat Seaquam 20-6.
• South Delta QB Lucas Kirk went 13-of-21 for 264 yards and threw for four touchdowns in his team’s 42-14 pounding of Frank Hurt.
• Terry Fox RB Kyle Deugau rushed for 42 yards and had three touchdowns in his team’s 52-0 win over Rutland.
• Lord Tweedsmuir RB Jamel Lyles had 20 carries for 189 yards and three touchdowns in his team’s 35-0 blanking of Kelowna.
• St. Thomas More & CFC TOP 100 REC Malcolm Lee had 234 yards of total offence and a pair of rushing touchdowns in his team’s 40-24 win over Centennial. His teammates on the defensive side – Drew Belgrave, Anthony Carter and Noah Usherwood – each had 12 tackles in that game.
• Duchess Park QB Rylan Matters threw for 268 yards and three touchdowns and also added a pair of rushing touchdowns in his team’s 44-12 win over College Heights.
• Clarence Fulton QB Tye Kitzman threw for three touchdowns despite only having six total completitions in his team’s 27-14 win over Salmon Arm.
• Vernon RB Karson Patommel had two touchdown runs while teammate RB Zac Kronbauer had one touchdown run and one touchdown reception in their team’s 39-6 win over Westsyde.
• Notre Dame RB Nick Carusi had a pair of rushing touchdowns in his team’s 36-13 exhibition victory over Hugh Boyd.
• Mt. Douglas DE James Nicholas had three tackles and two sacks as part of his team’s 51-0 shutout win over New Westminster. LB Julian Luis and CFC TOP 100 RB Marcus Davis each had a pair of touchdowns in the contest.
• Belmont REC Cody Wist caught three passes for 108 yards and had a pair of rushing touchdowns in his team’s 41-0 blanking of West Vancouver.
• GW Graham RB Brett Westad had 14 carries for 124 and two touchdowns in his team’s 28-7 win over Abbotsford.
• Mission REC Jesse Walker rushed for 120 yards and had three touchdowns to help his team topple Pitt Meadows 20-6.
• Ballenas REC Scott Childs had two touchdown receptions and one rushing touchdown, while also recording five tackles and three interceptions non defense, to lead his team to a 42-12 win over Sentinel.
• Rick Hansen RB Devon DaCosta rushed for 146 yards and had a touchdown in his team’s 16-0 win over Robert Bateman.
• Carson Graham RB A.J. Blackwell had 16 carries for 201 yards and scored three touchdowns in his team’s 41-0 victory over Nanaimo District.
• John Barsby RB Brandon Parker had 16 carries for 107 yards and scored three touchdowns helping his team knock off Argyle 34-0.
