The BC Place reconstruction is nearing completion.
BC Place Stadium will be ready in time for its first public event β the B.C. Lions Sept. 30 game against the Edmonton Eskimos, says David Podmore, chairman of BC Pavilion Corporation.
With all the heavy lifting done, workers are now putting the finishing touches to the $563 million makeover and on Wednesday, Podmore hosted a media tour of the facility.
