BCFC Tier 2: Richmond Raiders faced Burnaby Lions in the semi final

The Richmond Raiders faced the Burnaby Lions in the semi final game of the league on Monday May 21st.

Richmond Raiders defeated Burnaby Lions in the semi final game by a score of 11 to 10.

Richmond Raiders head coach Scott Robertson said, “We had a great game – offense and defense. The guys left it all on the field and a special mention to Joe, Wes, Takami, Ruby, Aidian, Gary, Addison Sagarr and our whole O- line.”

Since the games are coming to an end Scott also gives “big thanks to the coaching staff from Burnaby, Vancouver and north delta – if it was not for them we would have never been able to play.”

He stated that he is happy “to be apart of the Richmond raiders football club.”

The date of the BCFC Tier 2 championship game is yet to be released but it will either on May 26th or 27th most likely between Richmond Raiders vs. North Delta Longhorns.
