“Being a Stinger is an honour” says CEGEP recruit (VIDEO)

CEGEP offensive lineman joins RSEQ team’s 2016 class.

Alexis Ouellet found the perfect fit when he was shopping for a CIS home.

Recently, the 6’2, 280 pound offensive lineman from Quebec City, Quebec committed to the Concordia Stingers.  Ouellet will join the team for the 2016 RSEQ season.

“Concordia was a great choice academically because I want to study in Teaching English as a Second Language and they have a good program and the campus is amazing,” explained Ouellet of his decision.  “The fact of studying in English also had an impact.”

“Also, they are a young team and with last year’s results and their philosophy, I think that it could become something big and I want to be part of it. Being a Stinger is an honor for me.”
