Toronto (Ontario) – The Canadian Football League announced today that it has fined Winnipeg Blue Bomber defensive back Jonathan Hefney an undisclosed amount for posting a provocative photo to his Twitter account. The tweet was deemed to be offensive, inappropriate and has brought the league into disrepute.
