Envisioning blue

CFC TOP 100 linebacker newest recruit to join RSEQ team’s 2014 class.

A CFC TOP 100 defensive standout will be wearing blue in 2014.

Jonathan Boissoneault-Glaou recently committed to the Montreal Carabins because it provides the best possible situation for him.

“I have committed to Montreal because I have the opportunity to study at the Polytechnique,” explained Boissoneault.  “Also, the football program is really where I can visualize myself to play with.”

The 6’2, 220 pound linebacker from Trois Rivieres, Quebec joins the Carabins after completing his CEGEP career with Division 1 team, Champlain-Lennoxville Cougars.  This past season, he registered 13 solo tackles, seven assisted tackles, caught one interception, registered eight tackles for a loss, batted down two passes and scored a touchdown. For his efforts this past season, Boissoneault-Glaou was named Defensive Player of the Week twice.
