Calgary Midget (CAMFA): Taubert leads Bulldogs to division 2 title

Bulldogs: Brad Taubert was a beast all game for the Bulldogs providing a deep threat that the Fire had no answer for. Taubert caught everything thrown his way and put up 3 Receiving TDs including one for 80+ yards
Bulldogs: Liam McCorquodale had an excellent game throwing a great ball all game long. McCorquodale finished the game with 5 Passing TDs
Bulldogs: Brady Hornung came up big late in the game hauling in a 50+ yard reception which set up a Receiving TD
Bulldogs: Truman Wilson had his best game of the season making several receptions including a Receiving TD with 2:35 remaining to seal the victory
Bulldogs: Kenny Estupinan had a terrific game racking up 2 Sacks off the edge to stuff big drives by the Fire
Bulldogs: Iyanu Ojekale played well coming up with 2 Sacks late in the game
Bulldogs: Andrew Britton was solid in coverage and came up with 1 INT off a broken play

Fire: Myles Corsiatto ran well and his night was highlighted by an 80+ yard Rushing TD up the gut to open the scoring in the game
Fire: After the Bulldogs took a 13-7 lead in the second, the Fire answered with a Kickoff Return TD by Dustin Schaber who took the ball across the field and to the house for 90+ yards.
Fire: With the Fire down by 7 in the 3rd, Tyler Ledwos peeled back for a huge hit which dropped a Bulldog DB however Ledwos injured his right leg on the play as well and did not return
Fire: The Fire scored late in the 4th as Scott Pearson found #35 in the corner of the end zone
