CEGEP Division 3 linebacker duo joins OUA team’s 2016 class
Carleton Ravens have the distinction of being the first team to kick start Class 2016 recruitment in the OUA.
The Ottawa, Ontario team has landed a pair of CEGEP teammates.Β Vincent Viau Duval and Josh Denis are a linebacker tandem that play on CEGEP Division 3βs Outaouais Griffons.
Both recruits will join the Ravens for the 2016 OUA season.

βJosh and Vince have played together at the CEGEP de Outaouais in Gatineau and follow in the footsteps of Jeremy Rioux from last year.Β We are excited to have them joining the Ravens as they are both excellent student-athletes. We look forward to their contributions in the program both on and off the field.β
This past season with the Griffons, Viau Duval registered 34.5 tackles, recorded six sacks and caught an interception.Β For his efforts, the 6β3, 220 pound linebacker from Gatineau, Quebec was selected as a CEGEP Division 3 All-Star.
Ultimately, the opportunity to make an immediate impact on the football team and the welcoming environment were the decisive factors in Viau Duvalβs decision to commit to the Ravens.

Previous to the Ravens, Denis suited up for RSEQ Juvenile Division 2Bβs Polyvalente de LβErabliere Jaguars.
