Carleton lands third #CFC100 recruit (VIDEO)

Brampton running back joins OUA team’s 2016 class.

Carleton Ravens have announced the addition of #CFC100 Jevante Stanley to their football program.

Stanley, the 5’8, 160 pound running back from Brampton, Ontario will join the team for the 2016 OUA season.

Among the teams, the offensive standout has suited up for include St. Thomas Aquinas Cardinals of the Region of Peel Secondary School Athletic Association (ROPSSAA) and Brampton Bulldogs of the Ontario Varsity Football League (OVFL).

Additionally, Stanley has represented his province as a member of Team Ontario at previous Football Canada Cup and International Bowl tournaments.

Overall, the Ravens are thrilled to have landed Stanley and are looking forward to the immediate impact he will have on and off the field.

“Jevante Stanley is a dynamic athlete who makes plays every time the ball is in his hands,” commented Ravens Head Coach Steve Sumarah of the newest addition.  “His experience playing for Team Ontario in the International Bowls and Team Ontario shows his ability to play at the highest level and be a dominant player. “

With his commitment, the running back becomes the third #CFC100 recruit the Ravens have signed for their 2016 class.  The others are defensive backs, Ricardo Barrett and Tyrell Richards.
