Carleton now home to 2 CFC100s

Carleton welcomes two top Ontario prospects to their 2019 class.

CFC100s Melique Straker, a defensive back from Football North Clarkson, and Ife Onyeka, a defensive end from St. Roch Catholic High School, have landed with the Carleton Ravens.

CFC100 Melique Straker

From 2016 to 2017, Straker spent time playing in the United States with the St. Francis Red Flash in Attica, New York. He was also a member of Football North Clarkson in 2018. He participated in the 2017 ‘The Opening’ in Cleveland, Ohio. He can run the 40-yard dash in 4.6 seconds and can bench 330lbs. Standing at 5’11, 185lbs, he is currently calling Burlington, Ontario, home.

CFC100 Ife Onyeka

Ife Onyeka is from Brampton, Ontario, where he played with the St. Roch Ravens (ROPSSAA). The 6’4, 220lbs defensive end and outside linebacker also played with the Brampton Bulldogs (OPFL) and the Mississauga Warriors (OPFL). According to HUDL, he can run the 40-yard dash in 4.8 seconds and can bench 240lbs. He can squat 350lbs, deadlift 415lbs and has a vertical of 34.
