Carleton Ravens add Hall to coaching staff

Carleton Ravens Football is pleased to announce the hiring of Sean Hall as our Defensive Backs Coach & Academic Facilitator. Sean comes to Carleton with a wealth of CIS experience, most recently with the back to back AUS Champions Acadia Axemen. One of his main tasks will be to work with all of the Ravens players on the academic side of things. He becomes the 6th full-time coach on the Ravens Staff.

“The addition of Sean is a great step forward for the Ravens as it solidifies our staff and add knowledge and experience to the defensive side of the ball,” said Coach Ryan Bechmanis, Ravens Defensive Coordinator. “I am looking forward to getting Sean integrated on our staff and planning out our defense for the upcoming season.”

“Having Sean on board gives us a real professional coach, he has been involved in the game at a high level his whole life and brings an experience level which is second to none,” said Ravens Head Coach Steve Sumarah.  “Sean’s knowledge of the defensive backs will help develop our players over the years with his systematic and technical approach.”

Hall expressed his excitement upon being named to the Ravens coaching staff.

“I am extremely excited and honored to be joining the Raven family, and being a part of the re-birth of the football program,” said Sean Hall.  “I look forward to working with our student-athletes and assist them in achieving their goals in both the class-room, and on the playing field.”

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
