CEGEP slotback joins RSEQ team’s 2016 class.

There was never a doubt in Christopher Charest’s mind where he would begin his CIS career.

Recently, the 6’0,180 pound slotback from Quebec City, Quebec committed to Sherbrooke Vert et Or.  Charest will join the team for the 2016 RSEQ season.

“I did not remember having hesitated even a little bit in making my choice,” recalled Charest of his decision.  “I instantly knew I was in the right way after taking part of the campus tour in company of some members of the coaching staff.”

“During this day, I realized the main values that this program puts focus on and it was the perfect fit for my personality. Furthermore, the fact that many spots on the receiver unit was on the way to becoming available was a deciding factor for me.”

For the past three years, the offensive standout played for CEGEP Division 1 team, Limoilou Titans.
