Kevin Simard has achieved his ultimate dream.
Recently, the 5β8, 170 pound kicker from Chicoutimi, Quebec signed with the Bishopβs Gaiters. Simard will join the team for the 2015 RSEQ season.
βI am very pleased to join the Bishops Gaiters,β expressed the Quebec kicker.Β βIt was a big goal for me to play university.β
βAlso I’m going to play with some old Limoilou teammates.Β During my visit to Bishopβs, I really enjoyed the facilities.Β The chemistry there appears to be between the guys and their aspirations for the future. The Gaiters kicking coach will allow me to improve growing at a good pace, something that pushed me to want to go there. β
SImard recently completed his fourth season with CEGEP Division 2 team, Limoilou Titans.
