This past week, the Golden Suns trounced the Balfour Redmen 43-14 in Regina 4A action. As a result, the Golden Suns remain 2-0 on the season.
Blake Anaka led the Golden Suns as he scored three touchdowns in the victory (two rushing, one receiving).Β Moreover, he amassed 138 receiving yards on two catches and 29 rushing yards on five carries during the game.
Quarterback Chan DeCiman led the Golden Suns offensive execution on the field for the Golden Suns as he had eight completions in 16 attempts for 274 passing yards and two touchdowns. Additionally, DeCiman rushed for 11 yards on two carries and ran into the end zone once. Jamal Hooker, and Kayde Belyk also had majors for the Golden Suns.
