Player: LB at WLU fromΒ 2003-2007.Β Β member of the 2004 Yates Cup and 2005 Yates Cup and Vanier Cup championship teams.
2007 1st team OUA all-star/ CIS all-Canadian and was named the OUA defensive player of the year.
2008- Played entire season for Winnipeg Blue Bombers as undrafted free agent.
2009- Won Grey Cup with Montreal Alouettes
2011- Member of Sr Team Canada, and 1st team all-star in IFAF World Championship tournament
Coach: Cambridge Lions Varsity Head Coach from 2011-2014, ( Took a 1-7 in 2010 to 6-2 in 2013, 2014 including a birth in the OVFL Conference finals in 2014 (19-16 in 4 seasons).
