CFC Event Guidelines 2020

CFC Prospect & Parents

Below are the health and participation guidelines for 2020 CFC events. 

What to bring?

-Proper footwear (Field Turf) and athletic wear

-QBs – bring balls and towels

-2 waiver forms (hand in at registration)

-mask

Prior to coming to the event (24 hours or less) – Players and Staff must self-assess:

a) Everyone must administer the below COVID-19 Self-Assessment Tool

b) You cannot attend the event if you answer YES to any questions

When you arrive at the event (REGISTRATION):

-Players are to enter the field with a mask to register by themselves (Parents are not allowed on the field or into the facility)

-Players must hand in both (2) waiver forms

-Players will be asked to answer COVID-19 questions (same as attached)

Event guidelines:

                WARM UP

Players will be assigned a 5 yard line where they will conduct warm-up

                COMBINE

Players must maintain social distance

                FOOTBALL DRILLS

Players must maintain social distance

                GENERAL INFO:

-Players are required to wear a mask when arriving and when they cannot maintain social distancing 

-All staff will be wearing masks and must adhere to all the same guidelines as players

-we will have hand sanitizer stations

SELF-ASSESSMENT QUESTIONS:

1       Do you have any one of the following symptoms?

  • Fever (i.e. chills, sweats)
  • Cough or worsening of a previous cough
  • Sore throat
  • Headache
  • Shortness of breath
  • Muscle aches
  • Sneezing
  • Nasal Congestion/runny nose
  • Hoarse voice
  • Diarrhea
  • Unusual fatigue
  • Loss of sense of smell or taste
  • Red, purple or blueish lesions, on the feet, toes or fingers without clear cause

2       Have you travelled to any countries outside Canada within the last 14 days?

3       Within the last 14 days did you have close contact with a symptomatic person known or suspected to have COVID-19?

4       Did you have close contact with a person who travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days who has become ill (new or worsening cough; shortness of breath or difficulty breathing; temperature equal to or over 38°C; feeling feverish; chills; fatigue or weakness; muscle or body aches; new loss of smell or taste; headache; gastrointestinal symptoms (abdominal pain, diarrhea, vomiting); feeling very unwell)?
